                     The defending champions can never be ruled out of contention .Their strength is " tika taka" in other words , lots of short passes.They have three play makers in their side. Xavi, Fabregas and Iniesta ,who scored the winning goal for the Spainiards in 2010.Spain has an impressive attack with Diego Costa joining Villa and Torres . They have the best goalkeeper on the planet , Iker Casillas. And their defence is pretty strong with Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos.

                    The Germans have been longing for a world cup .Their team is pretty solid in each and every department.With the likes of Ozil, Podolski ,Schweinsteiger ,Muellar ,Gotze,Lahm ,Khedira,Boateng,Mertesacker, they have a world class team .Don't forget they also have Neuer as the goalie.It would have been even exciting with Reus and Gomez but injury ruled them out of the world cup.
