One plus X costs only $ 249 (Rs.17000) and it boasts the specifications of a high end device.This is the cheapest One plus that is on offer.

Snapdragon 801 processor same as on one plus one.

3 GB of RAM
13 MP primary camera with f 2.2 aperture lens (samsung).

Basic version has 16 GB internal memory and expandable up to 128 GB.
It runs on Oxygen OS ,the OS developed by One plus after Cyanogen parted ways with OP.
The phone has a good built quality.
The front and back panels of the phone are made of corning gorilla glass 3. It is the smallest one plus with 5" display and it looks stunning with the overall design. All glass and metal .No plastics used.
Getting a premium phone at this price point is quite awesome and yes ,as One plus says "NEVER SETTLE " .
